移民部長新聞稿個意思指pr條件只需要通過all relevant character, security and health checks，唔需要其它skill，income assessment？

Those who receive the five year extension or who are granted a five year visa in the future will also be eligible for permanent residency at the completion of their five years, provided they pass all relevant character, security and health checks. For those who study at a regional campus and choose to live and work in regional Australia, the pathway to permanent residency will be available after three years.​

想問下如果用bno讀2年書後可唔可以再用特區申請485?定一定要同一本護照？我用左bno apply學校
