你係會有BC, 居英權計劃申請人子女全部都係經by descent 做BC
BNO同BC係無衝突，可以兩者並存
你呢世人曾經有過三個英國國籍包括BDTC（97後已失效）, BN(O), 同BC

你老豆係BNSS主申請人嘅話，咁你就可以by descent 拎BC。(法源:1981年英國國籍法第二條第一款A)

拎返BC之後你就係BN(O) + BC 持有人，你將會有兩本唔同國籍嘅英國護照。

但係你嘅子女就唔可以再係因係英國以外地方出生而直接取得BC，除非你係英國住過3年以上，呢三年不離開英國超過270日。

教你睇點叫有得傳，有一欄叫section嘅(下圖)，寫住section 1(1) 就係代表BNSS主申請人，以otherwise than by descent 取得BC，咁你就可以by descent 拎BC。

寫住section 1(4) 咁你就可以收皮，因為呢個代表係BNSS嘅主申請人嘅配偶或其子女，以by descent 取得BC。by descent 取得嘅BC就

不過以當時黎講應該就好少人老豆會係section 1(4)嘅(即係唔係做主申請人，除非個老婆好勁)，多數係後生嗰輩先多，所以我諗，都應該坐定粒六啦

寫住section 1(4) 咁你就可以收皮，因為呢個代表係BNSS嘅主申請人嘅配偶或其子女，以by descent 取得BC。by descent 取得嘅BC就要傳畀後代嘅話就要後代出世前住過英國三年或以上，期間無離開英國超過270日先得，而且呢個申請必須係未成年前完成。(係2009年修例前，係必須出生後12個月內必須完成)

打漏咗成抽嘢

整理下資料先 我估任何世襲bc都要以下資料（由任何passport 受世襲bc)
1.Changes to an existing passport
2.於網站內填寫你的個人資料，包括姓名、出生日期、聯絡方法及你的護照號碼等資料。（注意：需要填埋4老資料，提供越多越好）
3.網上付款

4.你需要交以下文件
已簽署的聲明書
身份證彩色正反影印本
所有非英國護照(彩色影印本)(如有)
一份過去一年內的住址證明
兩張相同的護照相片（要有一張副簽格式）（注意：除非同bno一齊申請 否則影過啦）

老豆出世紙
老母出世紙
老豆老母結婚證明
老豆居英權證書
老母居英權證書
自己出世紙
一份overseas application form (可黑白）（記得跟足副簽格式，仲有每一頁都要簽名）

最重要一點：HMPO不會主動向你提出需求文件清單 而且仲會每樣每樣咁問你攞 我就前黎寄左3次野 你地執齊先好寄

Let us assume that your father receive his British Citizenship under the British Nationality Selection Scheme [BNSS] (居英權計劃) in the 90s as the main applicant under section 1(1) of the British Nationality (Hong Kong) Act 1990.

If you were born before your dad received his British Citizenship under BNSS, you will not automatically become a British Citizen unless your dad successfully registered your name with the Governor of Hong Kong on or before 30 June 1997 under section 1(4) of the above Act.

If you were born after your dad getting his British Citizenship, then it would just be a case of you being a British Citizen by descent from birth. All you need to do is to apply for a British passport from HMPO.

Please note that a British Citizen by descent cannot automatically pass on his British Citizenship to his child born outside of the UK.

If this is the case, it looks like that you are a British Citizen by descent at birth. All you need is to apply for a British passport with HMPO. You will need your own birth certificate, your parents' marriage certificate and your father's British Citizen registration certificate as well as getting someone to countersign your application. Cases like yours may take longer than usual.
