1) Are you married to your British Citizen partner? If not, you will need to submit evidence to the Home Office to prove that you two lived together for at lease two years before your spouse visa application.
2) The financial requirement is not the only requirement you need to meet in order to get an UK spouse visa. There are others as well -
a) Relationship - you need to prove that your relationship with your British Citizen spouse is a genuine one. Evidence include photos together and whatsapp logs of your communications.
b) UK housing - you will need to have evidence that you will have a place to live once you are in the UK.
c) Non EEA spouse English language requirement
3) 姐係一定要銀行有60萬先得 - cash savings route (£62,500 cash savings for at lease 6 months) is the easiest way. You can ask a relative to gift you the money. The relative needs to submit written evidence to the Home Office to say that the money is a gift to you and you do not need to repay the money. It cannot be a loan.
If your British Citizen spouse earns more than £18,600 per year in Hong Kong and he gets an offer for a job in the UK that is also earning more than £18,600 per year, then he would have met the spouse visa financial requirement too.
One last point - if you are going for the UK spouse visa, I would suggest you to apply for the UK spouse visa using your BN(O) passport.
