Hello由我巴，想請問如果申請189，另一半係咪都需要Competent English? 我見政府網站個points calculator Partner Skills最少一定要揀 "Your spouse must also be an applicant for this visa and has competent English" 先比我繼續。但以我上網睇到嘅資料，另一半應該有Functional English就可以之後申請PR，而189本身應該唔使證明伴侶英文水平?

咁就申請同攞埋CIV and/or Diploma既相關課程既COE，然後再申請一次學生簽證。你人係境內的話唔使體檢/biometric collection，但係保險要extend埋。

你應該問讀邊間學校咩課程最適合你自身既情況最有可能攞到學生簽證...

Dear 由我爸，我想請問下，我伴侶7月開學依家等緊500visa (2月中已交申請，希望佢係頭輪睇）, 我就等緊佢一拎到我就申請，最壞打算係佢拎到但我未批。
咁我想陪佢7月中過去settle down 頭幾星期，係咪淨係可以用travel visa? 如果我係已入境嘅情況下伴讀visa 批咗，我需唔需要出境再入境？
