Sigma will announce the new lens next week on May 16! It’s coming for both Sony E and Leica L mount. The info I know so far:

24-70mm f/2.8 II Full Frame lens for Sony E and Leica L
The new lens is more compact, optically sharper, has better color rendition, improved AF performance than it’s predecessor
Will be price a couple of hundred dollars more than the current 24-70mm lean (now $999 at Amazon).

睇返Lenstip個Sigma 500 f/5.6 review，支嘢已經接近去到diffraction limit，我理解中係resolution已經做到接近佢最大光圈f/5.6嘅極限。

似乎Sigma有能力上埋600 f/4

New APS-C E-mount kit lens: optimized lens for vloggers

In June:
New Sony 85mm f/1.4 GM II: Optically superior lens to the original 85mm GM while also being more compact and lighter
New Sony 24-70mm f/2.0 GM: Still unsure if it’s coming in May or June. But size will be about the Canon 28-70mm f/2.0 despite having 4mm more at the wide end.
