In fact all firms are the same. The training really depends on whether your senior is willing to teach you. Personally I prefer small consultants.

平常D consultants去bid jobs, 如果價錢一樣or差唔多,個業主都會揀D大行(信心問題), 大行拎得出去bid job 嘅cv絕大多數係qualify咗嘅同事
D細行接得嘅通常係人地幾間大嘢冇興趣/唔想做嘅,或者用賤價搶返來嘅。
個結果就係要員工免費幫公司OT, 咁間公司先唔會蝕錢。
當你發覺細firm OT allowance係低過最低工資之餘仲要唔夠食餐普通晚飯o既時候, 你會做到個人好灰
有時覺得呢d雞碎咁多o既OT allowance好侮辱
