想請問大家一個QS assess VO既問題

假設我係main contractor(civil works)
出左一個VO俾sub-contractor做

咁佢做之前無入任何quotation,
到VO做完,佢先入invoice,
但我地覺得佢d rate unreasonable high,
實際流程應該點去assess?

e.g. 佢VO其中一個item既rate係$10,000
但無attach任何breakdown,或者單據,
我地base on自己計算,個rate大約只係$5,000

咁係咪payment就直接certify $5,000呢個rate,
如果個sub-contractor嘈,就叫佢入detail,breakdown俾我地,
而我地唔需要俾佢睇我地點assess $5000呢?

It depends on the conditions of sub-contract. In good practice it is prudent to provide details in support of your valuation.

This is just a rumour. All assessors assess candidate on a fair basis. However, a candidate from MC background may have difficulties in answering questions about cost planning and procurement due to lack of experience.

For 你學嘢考牌/建立人脈/OT 補水來講，港島東嗰間幾好。

入面除咗政府job嗰team外，其他team合格率都好高下。
fresh grad有嘢唔識的話，大把 senior QS俾你問嘢 (SQS 一定係qualified 咗) ,仲有有圖書館仔可以入去借書睇。

到你考試嗰時揾boxfile同其他resources都易D, 因為其他同事都經歷過/經歷緊APC,有時都會一齊研究吓D題目；

同埋間公司去到Associate /AD/DD/D級數的人大多數係assessor/ interview panel, 可以問下佢地d candidate 錯咩多/interview嗰時會問乜。

OT補水的話，我係度嗰時weekday同weekend返日都有幾舊水，consultant來講應該係最多補水ge一間 算係有D良心

不過要入去都唔易，以前好似淨係收三間U degree同asso多，HD出身極小見

不過真係辛苦架，過咗第一年走1/4fg, 過咗第二年走2/4.

流失率高，所以點解個個月有散水餅食，年年都要請成30-40個fg新血

我都做過 但個人真係唔太喜歡
感覺上唔同team，exposure可以差好遠，又冇得rotate，同埋是非問題都幾多（我覺得）
但福利真係唔錯，特別係ot錢應該係全行最多
