平常D consultants去bid jobs, 如果價錢一樣or差唔多，個業主都會揀D大行(信心問題), 大行拎得出去bid job 嘅cv絕大多數係qualify咗嘅同事
D細行接得嘅通常係人地幾間大嘢冇興趣/唔想做嘅，或者用賤價搶返來嘅。
個結果就係要員工免費幫公司OT, 咁間公司先唔會蝕錢。
