你好啊方丈，我想問 大學fg面試 management trainee，外資公司，德國超市lidl通常預比人問d咩問題？

經歷過cv篩選同埋 attribute test之後，呢個係30 mins phone interview

post 如下：

其實唔會話mt問既問題就會特別同其他grad roles唔同㗎喎 mt只係多幾輪recruitment process去揀最好
重點應該係要突出到你咧個人同埋你答既答案係好過其他candidates
間間問既問題都實有唔同 正係可以做好功課去in

真心想問

HR 除非有心理學專業做基礎，否則佢點介定一個interviewee 性格岩唔岩公司？

學歷/工作經驗/價錢 都係客觀野，文員都識check

部門主管先有能力判定員工&價值

所以agent 直接搵人比部門主管，唔係最有效用咩？

首先recruitment只係hr工作嘅一部份
第二性格對於招聘與否，其實只係一小部份
第三你以為客觀嘅野，其實唔客觀。佢係某一個職位做左幾耐並唔反映佢識幾多野
第四唔好assume部門主管識揀人或者會認真揀人
第五hr除左要support line亦都有controlling role，所以有部門自己直接請人唔恰當

同埋補充一點就係
Agent 揀人都唔一定好/準
尤其係要追數嘅時候

Agent 當然未必行信，但總有專業既
hr 都係登jd 等人apply 咪一樣被動等

我幾份工都係識人refer, 部門主管直接傾

email 人地未必肯架喇, 但係都可以問問

多數唔會有條件, 係到做夠時間就會有
冇講明有paid sick leave 即係單日Sick no pay

係架, 所以唔係易事~

可以話 一個月, 但係同公司有得傾

佢本身冇話有 double pay ma....
30k + quarterly bonus

乜都Take, why not?
