[i m sure that options (1) & (4) 應該唔駛FRR ]巴打做左幾多年？其實係L字頭個間先咁低，同埋呢行都好講你老闆睇唔睇好你，你做野掂唔掂，同埋肯唔肯跳出去開高d價你岩計埋ot錢會有識人無，to tier consultant, 計埋bonus搵勻先有其實係qs consultant考完牌係咪即刻有30k呢兩三年係利申：有牌QS，唔係考左好耐，大約40K

淨係做過d工程落site 睇要做咩畫圖出order之類工作
見某d公司ad成日打哂pqs/qs/aqs,但入面又講話幾多年經驗，之後最尾又補句with less exp will consider as aqs 咁樣唔知佢其實新手請唔請

fit out點會無得做，問題係你有無料做得好
fit out睇既野俾大樓detail, 細膩好多
