conc grade for walls/columns > slabs/beams
睇notes有兩個points唔係好明求解
-conc to slabs and beams shall be measured including the volume of shoulders.
-volume of shoulder should be deducted from concrete to slabs and beams.

Treat preamble as part of the measurement description. Preliminary represent general items which is related to the whole project not individual elements.

想入政府做GP , 係唔係只有讀書先入到？
因為本身已經有廿萬學債
有冇可能做住d 咩assistant 之類儲經驗？
有冇人識PD個邊既野？
not accreditated degree係咪要3年先考到
Non accredited degree need to go through preliminary assessment if my recollection is correct.
如果我個degree淨係accreditated by pfmd
咁我想考gp/pd既話係咪都當not accreditated

最多話QS日常應用多左科技去幫手去提高效率，例如CostX/TAS輔助度數 TBQ幫手整Bill part等等
