收到email話new passport is on its way，請問有經驗既師兄，呢一刻係咪仍然未可以trace，要等DHL接手至可以trace到？正常係咪仲會收到DHL既email？(因為我想改收件地址，網上申請續BNO時又冇俾手提電話，只俾email address同屋企電話號碼，收唔到任何sms)
