APC is not intentionally designed for consultant candidate.
If you are from contractor, you should also study how the cost plan looks like.
It is not the reason that you work in contractor so that you are not able to produce cost plan.

其實搵一屆出下 Main Contractor嘅cost plan, 睇下會死幾多個consultant ge人
contractor落標計unit rate嗰啲好似真係無出過
仲有contractor點預prelim
對於consultant黎講, prelim只係一個 percentage
業主問顧問一句 點解prelim.唔係12%而係15% 我諗問顧問既業主或者被問既顧問都唔知點解答
其實呢個問題好多客都會問顧問的，走唔甩的.....因為好多人真係覺得乜鬼project ge prelim 係10% 就得
同埋做d 奇怪project 的話，下下都用死某個% 既prelim 係會出事
呢d 唔可以懶，一定要自己pre-price 下個prelim 先知咩% 會合理
我試過計過一單，計完之後同個客講個prelim 係要差不多9x%.....後黎番標都要8x%

通常D consultant做PTE時會打電話，問吓有份落價嘅判頭嘅Tender Sum幾多(頭2~3個數字)
跟住再砌返自己條PTE 數 , 砌到變第二低標
