正本出世紙 and 結婚證書 are held in the Immigration Department. You do not have the 'original' birth or marriage certificates, you were only given a 'certify copy' by the Immigration Department. You can apply for certify copies of birth and marriage certificates from the Immigration Department.

我諗住寄幾十年前父母啲出世紙證書就算
啲紙又爛又梅，希望唔好叫我補交

我副本會係上面簽CPOY,自己親筆簽名,日期
真係正本而又唔會有第2D用途既,好似銀行信,住址信,就寫返正本個英文,同樣簽親筆名,日子
查實做到足,真係唔會點留難人
因為文件往來,你方便到人,佢咪方便返你
