JUNE 29TH, BALANCE CHANGES
We’re reverting buffs that we shipped for Legend specific Augments that have dominated the early 13.13 Legends meta. In some scenarios we’ve gone so far as to nerf the Augments beyond what they were in 13.12, due to them being viable pre-buff despite being less popular.
LEGEND AUGMENTS
Draven’s Augment package has proven to be even stronger the more players take it in a lobby, as players are encouraged to accelerate the tempo of the lobby by slamming levels, thinning the Champion pool when starring up units, and providing more possible Spoils of War drops. The power of Balanced Budget and Rolling for Days in tandem has resulted in a dramatic increase of three star 4-costs, which should be more difficult to hit for their power level.
