對我黎講阻力帶只係被逼homegym先會用黎做
腳既話會做下banded kickbacks, side kicks 同hip abductor
但真係講操腳我都係用翻dumbbell
你要做pat同hamstring不如用free weight做下single leg hip thrust, bulgarian split squat, RDL仲好
或者去youtube參考下 都可以加條帶做
