想問下ACT個occupational list有啲有星有啲無星，有星果啲就寫明需要有人請左1年contract先meet 到requirement，咁無星果啲係咪只要我起嗰度讀左本科未有job offer都有得申請190？ 唔該由我巴🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Potential changes for 1st July 2020

NT Graduates - eligible for 190 only if they
- Complete 2 years of study in the NT leading to a qualification
- Live in the NT for at least 6 months after completing studies (for those who complete studies on or after 1 July 2020)
- Demonstrate genuine efforts to obtain employment in nominated occupation
- Demonstrate ongoing commitment to reside and work in the NT

* If you have completed 2 years of study in the NT leading to a qualification but are unable to meet the above criteria, you may be eligible for 491 if you are able to demonstrate strong employability.
