我哋而家喺DBS 嘅 一個部門叫 Centralized CDD度做。因為department head同senior management嘅無能令我哋而家面對緊大概1000多隻case overdue。
但當然出現呢個情況之前我哋已經多次同team heads 及 department head講過其實咁多case會overdue同進度慢嘅原因係因為冇一個standard workflow同太多無謂嘅case種類要做。可惜,佢哋覺得我哋冇理冇knowledge先講呢D原因,所以唔會改。
結果,佢哋而家要我哋喺星期六都返工趕case。但好笑嘅係,有人問即係個個星期六都要返?佢哋話,唔會,暫時係大概呢兩三個月,之後會補假俾我哋。
事實係,因為佢哋D standard成日都搬龍門,令我哋勁多back and forth, 工序又異常複雜 (因為我哋個個都喺其他銀行做過,知其他銀行 CDD workflow, procedure同standard係點), 令到一日最多只可以交兩隻case。咁講法我哋呢度大概得20人做野,假設咁好可以一日全部人總submission係40隻。1500/40=37.5,即係我哋要OT 37.5個星期六先有機會搞掂之前積落嘅overdue case, 我哋重未計6,7,8,9月一直都有新case assign落黎,咁咪即係無底深潭?如果星期六都搞唔掂咪隨時要返埋星期日?!返足7日?!
我哋有表達過唔希望返,但得出嘅答覆係:咁你唔係好啱喺呢度做。同埋我哋都知呢句係個department head嘅意思。
一開始又話recommend我哋返,點知得出呢個答案。D contractor都收到agent通知話返星期六係mandatory, 唔返會被炒。佢哋知而家個市咁差,我哋一定搵唔到工,所以用呢D方法迫我哋OT。
個department head叫Addy Chan,但個executive director都唔係正常,department head有呢個決定佢一定知,個executive director叫Eunice Tsang。
另外,D checker好興喺non-working hour要人開會,我哋working hour去到6點,佢哋就偏要喺5點半甚至6點開會,開到7點。
我地知我地只係一小撮人,冇乜廣傳或報導價值,但我哋希望盡力俾外面D人知呢間銀行係幾差,我哋被壓迫得有幾勁。希望有少少機會都要反抗
