activity 叫 'Teen counsellor' 內容就話啲青少年每星期會談班長者起碼3次，可以同佢哋建立類似grandparent/grandchild 嘅關係。

benefit : 1. completely forgotten
2. good for the management of the elderly home. Regular visit allow the elderlies the voice the opinion on poor hygiene/quality of life. therefore the management of the elderly home will get to know the problem quicker 之類

Solution
1. Government can introduce funding the create a short-term working programme when youths can learn how to cooperate with others and some working skills.
