我就咁寫 ,我覺得一般 ,睇你點睇

reasons 1: TV＞ learn knowledge outside the books > have different types of ideas and knowledge (why people are smart)
2: TV> Improve language > improve communication (why people are smart)
3: TV > explan eye site >encourage us to accept the others opinions (why people are smart)
4. C.A. TV>contain personal idea>not fully reflect the fact and knowledge(disagree)>improve our critical thinking>think and learn in different point of views(why people are smart)
