Vertex Pedal 9宗罪:
* Vertex呢個pedal牌子唔知大家有冇聽過. 琴日係post講開Vertex既問題, 所以決定今日列出Vertex到底衰d咩比大家睇下.
* Vertex衰既野實在太多, 個朵基本上已經臭哂. 不過實在衰得太多野, 好難翻譯哂出黎, 下面就list左轉自Gear Page既Vertex 9宗罪. 未碌落去睇英文之前, 等我輕輕講下啦.
* 首先, Vertex比人多次揭發佢直接抄其他牌子既Pedal circuit, 連改都唔改, 姐係好似抄功課連字眼都唔改下一樣, 睇得出佢地都幾蠢. 不但之抄, 佢仲要賣貴過人一倍, 扮係佢地自己既boutique design. 有陣亦會改好少野但賣貴一倍當係佢地既mod.
* 唔止Pedal, Vertex仲成日拎其他牌子既產品包括cable, pedalboard等等換左自己個牌子上面當自己product賣.
* 另外, Vertex經常upload video上官網同youtube, 仲自己作埋假扮埋用家既讚賞. 最經典既例子就係Joe Bonamassa. 事源JB搵vertex wire佢既board, 點知vertex連wiring都搞唔掂, 成塊board唔work, 仲要拍片上youtube同官網作埋JB既力讚同支持.
* 之前Robben Ford同Vertex出左個boost, 但之後Robbin Ford可能發現左Vertex既衰野, 之後搵黑膠紙痴著左隻boost上面Vertex個牌子名, 唔想幫佢地再宣傳.
* 有興趣睇英文detail就下面開始

* Bought a load of BBE Ben Wahs, gooped the circuit and changed the branding to Vertex and then charged double for them. Threatened to sue the TGPer (up to sending a cease and desist letter to said person) when they revealed what was going on then invented a series of ever more fanciful reasons (I get the PCBs from BBE, I mod them etc.) until he finally admitted it and eventually paid people back.
* Did a very similar thing with Crybaby Wahs with NOS inductors (as in New Old Stock - never been used vintage pieces) which when they turned out not to be, claimed he was winding the NOS parts himself, which also wasn't true. Again, got caught & refunded people.
* Took standard Beldin cable, rebranded it, claimed it was a brand new revolutionary design with properties that defy our current understanding of physics (e.g. Directional cables). Don't know how that one worked out.
* Took a pedalboard made by Rackdoctor stuck his branding all over it & claimed it as his own to promote his board building.
* Made Joe Bonassama a pedal board, charged about $4000 dollars for it & it didn't work and was incredibly noisy.
* Claimed his boost worked in a unique way by enabling you to remove your volume pedal from the chain to avoid tone suck. This was an issue for two reasons - 1. It didn't, it's just an insert point, the vol pedals actually still in your chain and 2. The Minifooger boost actually does what he claims his boost did and came out first.
* Mods a boss FV-500 pedal for 'improved clarity' by removing the tuner out circuitry, gooping what remains and (again) changing the branding and charging about double what the original pedal cost.
* Misrepresents his relationships with various artists and pedal builders to the extent some of them come out and give public statements distancing themselves from him(Joe Bonassama being the prime example).
* Misrepresents his qualifications- claimed to be a qualified Electrical Engineer. He's not.

但你要既boogie清聲底？mark同lonestar系列係兩種清聲底嚟

我有留意開suhr，而家好d了，計埋bass有8仲條大line 雖然無得同其他大廠比較
