First dev log of 2024, so let's start off on a good note: 0.15 release date is set to the last days of january, which marks a 12 week dev schedule!
We will spend the last 2 weeks to fix a yuge number of issues that accumulated over the updates, for example Rabiah needlessly arguing with the MC even if he didn't put his hands on nadia, or Shani still not showing the correct wounds at the end of her trip.
Render progress:
Settlement quest: Sekhmet's Legion pt. 1: 90%

Fairy's broken path: 60%
Shani's hangouts: 60%
Visiting Ivy: 70%

Hello all, this is the first dev diary of the calendar year 2024. TD here.
I hope everyone's year is off to a strong start.
Progress over the holidays has been interesting. As of 1/13/2024, the current tally for Ch4Up4 is 1,931 statics, 47 animations, and 44,516 words.
This adds up to 219 statics, 10 animations, and 6,177 words since our Christmas Eve dev diary.
I say interesting because progress was surprisingly substantial through Christmas and to New Year, but my end got bogged down by some particular details AFTER all that, so it's evened out to what we might expect during this period.
We are currently working on whittling down our Felicia plans. The art exhibition part has been in the rearview since a little after Christmas, and we are well into what I'll refer to as Side A of the follow-up.
As, depending on player choice, you will get two vastly different ways of continuing to spend time with our favorite golddigger. We are well into side A, and hopefully will have started on side B by the time the next dev diary rolls around.
We still cannot say when the next update will be. I would like to promise February, but it is already mid-January, and that would be a premature and ambitious target. Because after wrapping up both sides, there is the typical tying of loose ends for the various branches, plus all the proofreading and what not we always do. So, there is no word on a release date yet, but we will have a pretty good idea of what's realistic next month.
The good news is GIL has A LOT of animations for side B already made (made a LONG time ago), which has yet to be officially added to our totals, so that will help speed up production time when we get there.
Anyway, this one has gone on long enough.
Thank you all for the tremendous support over the last year, as well as its continuation.
