Leasehold個唔好處就係(1)改building structure要leaseholder同意,(2) 要俾ground rent service charge,(3)要俾錢續lease
當然最後都係睇你點衡量,如果你唔會改structure個lease又夠長都ok既
同埋係講緊converted flat,唔係new build

如果原本個lease仲有超過80年,續唔會好貴

我諗你係london zone 5 內, 要搵少過100年嘅house, 係困難過搵多過100年嘅house. 由期係靚position 或校區.
