by invitation 某程度上個人覺得分數以外仲有唔少野影響

請問189 VISA 係唔係唔會expire? 如果唔入籍的話 只要符合居住條件就ok?
主申到時入籍但副申唔入都可摸耳一直keep住189？

salary – onshore candidates only.

Residency本身係唔會expired (只會被cancelled)，但係visa既travel facility會expired。

所以你如果一直住係澳洲境內的話，visa expiry係無所謂。出境前搞返個Resident Return Visa就得。

入籍係獨立既，配偶入自己唔入當然可以。

如果你指直接sponsor攞簽證的話，係唔可以的 (咩last remaining relative呢D不切實際既就唔好提)。我唔知道你指既好多唔同requirment係咩野黎。

Alternative係你住偏遠地區可以幫你siblings申請491 family sponsored時加15分。
