本野除左第一頁有幾滴野 ＋ Observation加左個個字眼

還番嚟既只有舊BNO、黑白影印本出世紙＋父母結婚證明、
解釋父母冇出世紙既信 同埋住址證明(MPF個張竟然收走左)
