You sent a copy of your Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card, and Change of Name Deed as evidence to support this application. However, the name shown on the above documents is different from the name on your Hong Kong passport and address evidence documents. For security purposes, we cannot issue a British passport if you hold a passport (British or foreign), travel or ID document in a different name.
For us to issue a passport in the name of 放學去撚狗 you need to change the name shown on your Hong Kong passport, and then send me a copy of your new personal details page from the new passport, with another official document/utility bill, showing your new name and address.
Once I receive the above documents, I will be able to proceed with your application.
