I'm HEXATAIL.
Ophelia was initially excluded from the schedule. However, we received numerous comments requesting her inclusion, noting that she was voted on by our sponsors. Therefore, we have decided to add Ophelia to the update, even though this will delay the schedule by one month, additionally. We sincerely apologize to those who have been waiting for the update and for any inconvenience caused by these frequent changes to our schedule.
The release of version 0.24 will be delayed by 1-2 months, and I must apologize to all players and Patreoners for this delay.

Development update
I didn't quite get done with all the renders but as good as. There's only about one variation left which I should be able to finish in the next coming days. Then its time for translating. As always, I have quite a bit of text to go through for translating so that can take awhile. After that I still need to do some audio, a few coding things (mainly reworking the scene gallery with code I understand and maybe a build in walkthrough mode), proofreading and finally some bug testing.
There is still quite a bit to do but the biggest chunk of work is done and all in all I'm pretty confident at this point that I won't need more than one more development showcase, meaning the v0.9 release should be next month.

To introduce all the girls within Chapter II, I will be adding around 300-400 images from the beginning of what was supposed to be Chapter III and removing some unnecessary sequences. As a result, the production time will be extended by about two weeks at most. I apologize for the delay in the update, but I will do my best to deliver Chapter II as soon as possible.
To compensate for the delay, I'll give you a big spoiler ( kinda ).
