We only provided a joint account (my wife and I ) bank statement and used for the whole family

應該係每個MPF 都可能要求宣誓form 正本，不知可否一次過叫個官簽兩次。 宣誓容乜易，豪比佢。

You could say so but should also be aware of the continuous residence in the settlement requirement.

‘Continuous residence in the UK, which allow for absences of up to 180 days in any 12- month period’

You certainly can leave freely but once you cant fulfill the settlement requirement at 5th year. It is obviously you would need to apply for BNO visa extension. Not sure the requirement at that moment.

There will be a review of BNO visa in 2025 and no one guarantee the programme will continue at that moment.

其實，我只是見到咁多人問這住址證明，應該是in proving the dependent is living with you or etc , there is an example of using address as proof , thus people asking .

For my own case , I simply used bank statements , birth certificate to support the dependent’s relationship with me., as the kids have the most usual biological relationship . I think for some cases , adoption or other relationships , other supporting may be needed

你唔好超過180日未得囉 2026一完左visa就申請ILR架喇

佢講左可以extend 你個visa同NHS，所以都係錢解決問題，唔會唔合法，你一定要係到期前續visa
