其實好多人仲未搞清楚點解 Apple Pay × Octopus 咁重要
唔只係單純方便手機do卡咁簡單，而係"數碼化"張八達卡

唔知我用呢個例子有冇錯:
萬一你唔見左部iPhone, 你可以即刻上iCloud erase張卡or鎖機
去Apple Store 買過部iPhone restore 返d資料 (八達卡跟Apple ID?)
你八達通d AAVS，門禁唔洗再set 過仲可以即刻用返

實體卡做唔做到咁樣？

其實apple pay八達講到時係會跟apple id定8仔個id?例如oepay果個

當然係Apple ID
開卡／轉移都唔使經八達通app
冇需要申請O! ePay

Suica 係咁, 有啲非 transit 嘅 reader 冇得用 Express Transit, 要 Face ID / Touch ID

You might need to select the Suica option on the terminal when you pay, or let the sales clerk know that you are paying with Suica.
If your Suica card is set as your Express Transit card, simply hold the top of your iPhone or the display of your Apple Watch within a few centimeters of the contactless reader until you see Done and a checkmark on the display. You don't need to wake or unlock your device or open an app to make the purchase.

唔知你係咪可能冇set express transit 加default card

(利申未算過夾公仔用）

因為我見如果係apple pay入面既信用卡
就算我backup晒
換左新機之後再復原返備份同login返apple id係新機
但d 信用卡都係無晒，定係我setting有問題

我set左Express Transit但default card VISA要Face ID (係機鋪)

下個月就會知咩情況
或者有冇精靈夢到

If your Suica card isn't set as your default payment card:
On your iPhone X or later, double-click the side button. On your iPhone 8 or earlier, hold the top of your phone near the contactless reader without resting your finger on Touch ID. When your default card appears, tap it, then tap the one that you want to use. To pay, use Face ID or rest your finger on Touch ID and hold the top of your phone within a few centimeters of the contactless reader until you see Done and a checkmark on the display.
On your Apple Watch, double-click the side button to access your cards in Apple Pay, then swipe to select your Suica card. To pay, hold the display of your Apple Watch within a few centimeters of the contactless reader.

如果全港八達通reader update哂做果款express transit mode
會唔會唔洗Face ID呢？

係日本唔係閘機就會彈default card出黎, 當你揀Suica就要Face / Touch ID (唔理有冇開express transit)

你仲唔明佢up咩
Set express Transit +default card >唔洗face/touch id

Set express transit only>揀卡+face/touch id(唔係閘機）

Set default only> face/touch id

咁即d卡係唔可以backup再restore自動出現返啦

假設開express transit但set VISA做default card

就係知日本閘機同non-閘機運作上有分別
但呢兩大類reader有咩唔同？

講返香港, 到時係咪同日本一樣
或者全港八達通reader都行閘機果種mode
如果唔係用戶體驗上一定會差過Smart Octopus

交通卡一樣唔會自動出現
要自己去加卡位選擇返

信用卡就要做多一步同銀行SMS驗證

較做default card 做八達通咪得
