佢出現金糧,30k左右h每月固定日子存入銀行,
呢個情況下買樓,銀行會唔會肯借9成?
都係買300萬以下的樓

稅方面係咪一半既15%?
近親後加名避唔避到?

第一,你老豆本身有無樓?
無樓換樓定係買多一層
如果你老豆本來有一層,唔係換樓,就要俾tax
如果換樓,舊樓半年內賣出可以退返稅,但要俾左先

明白thx,如果有咁多cash就好


估你應該換樓OR 買多層,假設而家層樓係
1. 換樓(落你老豆名)
1.1 先買新樓,先俾額外印花稅,半年內賣舊樓,退返稅
1.2 先賣舊樓,再買新樓,正常印花稅
2. 換樓,落你名正常印花稅
3. 買多層,落你老豆名,唔理聯名定單獨,額外印花稅
4. 買多層,落你名,正常印花稅

去律師樓攪,比正常印花稅,半份契比樓價一半嘅印花稅,唔記得係咪叫送契
