最好方法係搵個合資格嘅人移除. 不過我唔知你間屋有幾廣泛用到. 所以唔知係幾錢.

無聊搵下以前去過搵樓既地方 KT1
呢座係 Kingston 可以話係地標既大廈:十年前 2014 年係新樓,但升幅十年間似有若無,最好嗰間係 520k 升到 710k,但最差嗰間係倒蝕 (320k 買 305k 賣走)


呢兩間係同區另一個地方既屋仔,大概都係同一個 period:一間係 566k 升到 821.5k;另一間就由 410k 升到 600k
