不論是否load bearing wall, 只要你一郁塊牆, 係應該就算無full planning permission, 都應該要有 lawful development certificate. 就算無 lawful development certificate, 都一定要notify building control 攞番approval

我諗你直接俾番你survey report 間agent 睇, 話係有structural issue. 因為確實唔關你事.

另外, 我地呢d 凡人係唔會知間屋有無structrual issue, 實要做survey 先知. 不過, 如果間屋個ad post 左好一段日子出黎係rightmove, 而價錢係正常又仲未賣出既話, 咁你要小心呢d 啦.
