我返上royal mail個網睇普通letter的確係冇tracked 24揀, 要Large letter以上先有
咁其實我下次用large letter比錢買label再print出黎

但new build 個裝修靚好多, 有時見到d廁所好殘就唔想揀

我估二手廁所殘最多30%,正常40%,勁靚30%。咁你都有70%大把選擇

就算買咗廁所殘的,可以比多2-3%樓價換過新廁所都得,唔代表要比多20-30%mark up買new build
