只不過我當初以為aldehyde 唔係太soluble
書都咁寫

我諗個重點係
下面嘅heat嘅強度
影響乜野vapourise
但係not evenly distributed 嗰度唔太明

如果miscible
-> same phase
-> homogeneous mixture
-> heat supply is evenly distributed
-> mixture T is the same
-> 出現到因為Boiling pt difference 而有vapor 做distillation

搞咁大輪野根本係有b.p. Difference 先分到
兩隻野唔miscible 我用solvent extraction
唔會貪得意用distill
就算唔miscible 理論都可以照用

係所以我當初信書諗唔太明點解用distillation

假設你想要既係 acid 但個reaction 味必會完全去哂 like equilibrium 咁個mixture 仲有其他野（impurities: e.g excess alcohol) 而個d野又溶水咁你咪base on acid 個b.p. 蒸佢出嚟咪pure
