點解可以aldehyde vapor

因為第一步

應該混唔埋咁解

之後我知

只不過我當初以為aldehyde 唔係太soluble
書都咁寫

Vapour is because of heat

我諗個重點係

影響乜野vapourise
但係not evenly distributed 嗰度唔太明

-> mixture T is the same
-> 出現到因為Boiling pt difference 而有vapor 做distillation

呢個過程如果想要acid就reflux
但想拎aldehyde 就distillation

咁你嘅問題係？

出左問題

Aldehyde 應該 not miscible with sol, 但用distillation 條件就係要miscible sol

我咪嘗試諗點解

Aldehyde soluble in water lol
If the carbon chain is short
As aldehyde can not form hydrogen bond to itself
But it can form hydrogen bond with water molecules so it is water soluble

但degree 應該無alcohol and acid咁大？

Soluble in water because dipole dipole attraction
Aldehyde polar
H2O polar
Comparable in strength
Therefore solvable in water

太耐冇溫書唔記得咗點解long chain cannot

再解一定要用hydrogen bond 解 因為hydrogen bond 強度遠遠大過dipole dipole
Carbon chain hydrophobic and lipophilic
Carbon chain prefer attract each other. Repel water and weaken or interrupt the h bond
(like dissolve like ）

Aldehyde 應該 not miscible with sol, 但用distillation 條件就係要miscible sol

我咪嘗試諗點解

Aldehyde soluble in water lol
If the carbon chain is short
As aldehyde can not form hydrogen bond to itself
But it can form hydrogen bond with water molecules so it is water soluble

但degree 應該無alcohol and acid咁大？

Soluble in water because dipole dipole attraction
Aldehyde polar
H2O polar
Comparable in strength
Therefore solvable in water

太耐冇溫書唔記得咗點解long chain cannot

再解一定要用hydrogen bond 解 因為hydrogen bond 強度遠遠大過dipole dipole
Carbon chain hydrophobic and lipophilic
Carbon chain prefer attract each other. Repel water and weaken or interrupt the h bond
