Dear Ms. Ip,

I am writing in response to your questions about our request. I hope this letter can address all of your worries and you allow our request.

To begin with, we have a few reasons to borrow the Chung Yee Tak Plough. As everyone knows, the Chung Yee Tak Plough is only one from 18th century in the world and still perfect. I believe that our visitors will love it.

It is also worth noting that we have a lot of measures to keep the plough safe. The glass cover must be used to protect the plough from any damages. Our staff would be trained before the exhibition and the plough must be stored in the large underground storage facility in the basement when it is not displayed in the museum display room. More importantly, it must be insured so insurance will pay for any damage during transport and display of it. We can make sure that the plough will be safe if you allow our request.

Lastly, we are ready for its transportation. Only movers with experience or who are trained will be hired for the transportation. Insurance will pay for any damage during the transport. Of course, costs for the delivery and return of the plough will be paid for by us.

To sum up, we have many measures to ensure the plough will be kept safe. Hence, we hope you allow our request. And we want to photograph the plough in order to put the photo of it on our new museum poster, may we do it? It you have any questions, welcome to contact us.
