我岩岩Final Interview 左份Financial Analyst
而自己本身就係big 4 auditor
今次個interviewer 狂問我工作上有無做過啲new things create new value to the company
有無運用到創意/或新方法去解決問題
咁我就講左係工作上同其他party 協調去解決問題
了解唔同party 既concern & difficulty 再去solve problem
又講左我遇到新client 時點樣由零去build up 啲關於一個新客嘅working paper/info
然後遇到新acct issues 點樣去tackle
但佢不斷強調呢啲係應份嘅野
不斷迫我再比example
講真creativity 呢樣野我地auditor 每日都做
但唔可以出街呀嘛
(點樣走精面唔跟standard 做野果啲,姐係行內嘅「放飛機」)
Audit 本身就無乜value create 到架喇
唔會話因爲你做左咩野咩野而令公司營運有改善從而比到實則figure 去賺到幾多幾多錢
咁其實遇到咁應該點答?

1. 條友問既係岩既 但係你答既唔夠岩
2. 佢唔係想知你點走精面 而係面對challenge 個陣有冇試過行第條路
比如 做唔哂就OT 定係會選擇同client 夾好啲/用其他方法令到可以OT 少啲?
