2. Beneficial interest 分 Resulting 同 Constructive Trust -> 佢冇俾錢又唔係同你阿媽咩關係,應該無hold property on RT/ 無 Presumption
3. CT -> 佢有冇um過好多錢裝修/ 你阿媽有無講過被棟樓佢個類 (common intention) + 搞到佢依賴咗類似嘅承諾然後無去打工個類,或者至少損失咗啲咩? (detriment reliance)
如果以上佢都冇,純粹同你一齊住,用我普通人角度應該比較細機會會攞到層樓,如果佢想攞應該佢要請律師 prove 好多嘢點解會有beneficial interest
