佢underline 同bold 左我上面紅色個度.... 但佢又state 到我係1997 年前有bno passport number 同expiry date... 咁我係唔係legible bno holder, which is 可以renew with reported loss 同counter-sign???

紅色個句係頭盔，因為SAR部門唔係處到護照申請，所以唔會答你申請資格的事直

即係我可以proceed to (1)reported loss 同人counter-sign
