但一去見工又比人入 請問點解釋最好

當依家呢份工係第一份工,你日後路易行好多

一定係由HR Assistant / Clerk 做起,睇你好唔好彩/有冇老屎忽,
如果唔係通常個path就係咁:
HRA / HR Clerk - 10K ~ 12K (有啲公司一入就係Officer,所以只作參考)
AHRO - 13~18K
HRO - 18K~25K
SHRO - 25K~30K
AHRM - 30K-40K
HRM - 40K-60K
SHRM - 60K-70K
AHRD - 60K-70K
HRD - 神枱
average黎講幾年會做到咩grade?
HRA / HR Clerk - 0yrs to 1yrs
AHRO - 1 - 3 yrs
HRO - 3 - 5 yrs

11:45-12:45 Screen + Contact Candidate
12:45-14:00 Lunch Time
14:00-15:00 覆email
15:00-16:00 搞啲假紙,update下system
16:00-16:15 下午茶
16:15-17:00 啲dept head開始黎料,又話某某要出warning,某某要去邊度等等
17:00-17:45 處理呢啲麻煩野
17:45 收工

樓主係九龍灣返工
小弟住屯門,發過誓觀塘九龍灣呢啲遠到娘親都唔認得嘅工係唔會返
有無咩秘技見工時唔駛俾hr 壓價
application form寫expected salary唔好寫實價,改寫negotiable
然後如果佢對你有興趣會問你你expected salary,
咁就答個range比佢,
好似你expected係18K,
就開18.5K-20.5K(個500蚊好多時都係心理關口,壓你價可能就係呢500蚊),
然後企硬(重點)。
其實咁樣問仲有個好處就係知道間公司有冇意請你,
通常問得expected salary都已經過咗一關
