In that case, you may consider recording the date, time, venue, witness and details (ie what was being said by the 男上司) of your alleged bullying, and your subsequent response and feeling in relation to those talks.

What other chings said above is helpful when you want to be remedied for your losses either by the employer directly or via the court's order to compel the employer to compensate your loss as a result of your mistreatment. So yea, do what they advised you in the above posts.
