安東尼：「在《復仇者聯盟3：無限之戰》裡，最大的新元素在於：這部電影談論的是薩諾斯（Thanos），他將會以一種非常大膽且強而有力的方式進入敘事裡，並到達一種近乎引領一切的層級。我們圍繞他型塑出一種非常有趣的敘事方式，某種程度上，我們有很大一部份仰賴的是竊盜類型的電影，因為事實上，他將會以一種比過往還要更加大膽、並且更加成功的方式去追逐那些無限原石（Infinity Stone）。整部電影將會擁有一股反派比英雄還要更領先一步的能量。我們參考了非常多竊盜類型的電影，將這些能量注入本片，這也帶來了某些啟發。」
