我諗要問現場show完護照係咪可以即時走/點樣攞decision letter如果好似以前咁 email收到就可以搵香港CG搞 就易啲預時間

香港已經好幾年無處理簽證事項啦
而家要飛黎飛去只係因為有新政策，批簽證前多左個程序
我估而家最尾封decision letter都係照舊喺香港拎

大家依家有冇啲咩update有冇咩地方係去到攞信

我問駐香港領事館仲拎唔拎得decision letter

佢地答No, the Consulate General of Sweden in Hong Kong doesn´t handle anything with regards to migration/visa matters. You should be in contact with the mission you have chosen in your application to get information needed.

btw我見過其他簽證既case又係因為領事館太遠而無拎decision letter，收到email話granted左就直接入境，入左境先帶住個case number/control number去影相打指模整居留證

我猜測就算之後傾完 香港都係無得拎decision letter 而你地封學生簽證email都好似以前咁有寫granted字眼既話，都可以咁樣做

穩陣啲既做法就係買定張90日內回程而又可退換既機票，咁就離境同入境都無問題

呢個好似就係香港過往嘅做法，但而家要check passport，可能一日未check一日都唔會granted

係呀
新政策係一定要親身去俾人check過passport先會批
除非之前佢地已經睇過你本護照
所以去exchange既學生一般都唔會有得豁免

上面講緊後續拎decision letter既野
所以我先講下批左之後未必一定要去拎果封信

之前有人問過中國個邊，依家應該係可以email問embassy攞first page of decision letter入境先，去到sweden再攞permit card. 因為permit card係可以send去任何地方

所以依家煩緊嘅位係除咗中國embassy, 仲可唔可以去其他國家做

最後個段嘅意思係咪想喺瑞典搞residence permit?
但我上網睇咗話residence permit一定喺自己國家攞

A prerequisite for being granted an entry visa is that the embassy deems that your intention is to leave Sweden when your visa expires. 要親身去show完passport先有decision letter
而只有中國embassy做香港人既case
但而家冇可能上到上面
係咪玩撚完？

呢個係spouse visa既資料黎
你quote果段係講緊申請spouse visa期間唔好去瑞典，除非有得免簽證入境就可以黎一陣

resident permit同resident permit card係兩回事黎
resident permit係居留許可，即係個簽證
resident permit card係居留證，係physically一張卡，去移民局/領事館影相打指模就係咁解

一般黎講只要有得免簽證去瑞典
都係可以入左境先整居留證
我先後有過兩張居留證，都係瑞典境內搞既

If you can travel to Sweden without an entry visa, you may need to present a copy of the decision when you travel in. You may also need to demonstrate the document regarding Information about residence permit card together with the decision when you leave the country.

As soon as you can after arriving in Sweden, you must book an appointment at the Swedish Migration Agency to submit fingerprints and be photographed. When you visit the Swedish Migration Agency, you must bring your passport with you. When the residence permit card is ready, it will be sent to your address in Sweden.

但依家唔係要show passport先至可以有decision letter？
定佢話嘅copy of decision係可以用佢email話that the decision has been made嚟代替？

成個程序係：

網上申請resident permit (visa) -> 移民局通知check passport -> 親身去領事館check passport -> 收到email話批resident permit (aka granted、有decision)-> 拎decision letter -> 去瑞典入境 -> 預約去移民局影相打指模 -> 收到resident permit card

而家討論緊既point有兩個：
1. 除左中國之外，有無得去其他國家check passport
2. 批左之後去邊度拎/點樣拎/可唔可以唔拎decision letter

我上面quote既第一段係講緊正常情況下拎住封decision letter入境
因為入境時係會問你黎瑞典做咩，你show封信即係表示你黎study
有decision letter當然最好最方便，但係其實就算無封信都可以照入境，因為本護照本身就有90日免簽證（入境原因就睇你想就咁話visit 定係show封granted email話黎exchange）

其實台灣都可以係泰國整既話, 其實唔一定要求係自己國家整? 個國家無大使館唔等於唔可以去Sweden架嘛

問過泰國，佢都係叫返你去搵上海/北京領事館

今朝收到學校email話問過香港其他u同喺中國嘅瑞典領事 都話香港人係一定要喺上海或北京搞但就話home university同host university 都同瑞典反映緊 有消息就通知我哋

自己問過幾個亞洲國家 新加坡馬來西亞日本覆咗 一係就唔處理 一係就要自己搵返上海北京傾

如果最後真係handle唔到 係咪得返每隔3個月就來回瑞典香港一次呢個方法

個規矩係喺任意連續180日內，只可以喺神根地區逗留最多90日

所以即使撇開其他規矩/admin野唔講
就算俾到你無學生簽證去果邊讀書
去完90日係要離開神根地區90日先俾再入去留90日（除非你有多過90日既旅遊簽證）
唔係出一出境過一過冷河就入得架
