咁 進口量就會向右擴大，import quantity就會上升

Although money cost (traveling fee) decreases, non money cost (cost of being sick) increase or even greater than the decrease in money cost.
So the full cost increase. By law of demand the quantity demanded of traveling to Jk decrease

呢題想講講個concept就係 demand supply圖係可以計埋full cost(全部成本/價格)
例如我話家陣有個 供需圖。咁政府呢就set左個有效ge price ceiling . 咁如果問 cs ge面積係咪必然= 上半舊梯形面積。呢個時候就應該要意識到full cost問題。 如果考慮埋full cost. 咁cs ge面積就會< 個舊梯形架啦。

另外就係有短缺個d都意味到非金錢價格 non monetary price ge存在。即係排隊--> 時間成本。。。
所以係短缺shortage個陣，消費者所付出ge成本可能 > 市價。

全部價格=金錢價格+非金錢價格
