我O係意大利都係用MOKA POT
其實espresso 唔係真係咁濃,太CONCENTRATE果D 我覺得過左火或者直接叫ristretto
我個人認為以蒸氣同壓力萃取出黎既咖啡 都為espresso 類
不過O係香港都係用半自動算了,香港生活節奏太急太快

Interesting ! Have you been to The Mills in Tsuen Wan? One of the cafes is exquisitely and artistically designed. I enjoy drinking coffee ☕️ there so much that I sometimes make it worth the barista’s while. 南豐紗廠cafes好正 !!
