幾時假天花有2層sprinkler?

bonding 唔洗睇 table 㗎？
跟11E/F 落 大概就係4-25mm2 or half of CPC

有落rcd 洗咩怕earth fault loop resistance

想請教下做連續性測試，一邊駁條由電錶房入房口既真水，另一邊駁乜？

呢份2021年既FSD letter可以參考下, 寫得好詳細, 但當然消防唔批, 你都係要兩層sprinkler

Obstruction to fire service installations
1. False ceiling blocks sprinkler heads thus affecting their thermal
sensitivity and water discharge pattern in case of fire. Rectification
can be done by either removing the whole false ceiling, or
conforming to the relevant FSD Circular Letter by:
(a) installing an additional layer of sprinkler heads below the false
ceiling; or
(b) extending sprinkler heads below the false ceiling, if the
concealed space at ceiling contains no other materials except
those specified and its maximum height is less than:
(i) 800 mm (applicable to system installed in conformity with
Rules of the Fire Offices' Committee for Automatic
Sprinkler Installation or LPC Rules incorporating BS
5306-2); or
(ii) 300 mm (applicable to systems installed in conformity to
FSD Circular Letter No. 5/2020).

3. Ventilation air duct may also affect the coverage of sprinkler heads.
Rectification can be made either by removing/ rearranging the air
duct, or relocating/ adding sprinkler heads. Additional sprinkler
heads shall be installed below the air duct, if the width of air duct is:
(a) more than 800 mm for rectangular duct; or
(b) more than 1000 mm for circular duct.

除左風喉之外, 如果你係做Maintenance platform之類會阻住sprinkler運作既都要加多層sprinkler比佢, 試過要做三層sprinkler

According to the Code of Practice for the Electricity (Wiring) Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the CoP), supplementary bonding is a type of protective conductor. The four types of protective conductors as specified in Code 11C include:

1. circuit protective conductors; (CPC)
2. main equipotential bonding conductors;
3. supplementary bonding conductors; and

可唔可以分享下一般夾csd CBW RCP嘅程序同經驗出嚟,而家做嘢嗰邊個個夾野時都諗住交功課算撚數有啲嘢唔啱位又或者裝唔到都照放上去最慘就係去到呢一刻施工前都仲係咁眼見跟幅圖做好撚多鑊 尤其是個天花啲開窿好多唔啱size同埋唔啱位但係我見佢哋都照砌其實出面係咪咁？

一睇就知幾多A架啦
電熱水爐梗數
雪櫃唔q洗理
冷氣睇outdoor刀制

其實唔難

rcd係earth leakage
earth fault loop impedance係earth fault

兩樣野黎
插蘇個類先要trip埋earth leakage (earth leakage + max earth fault loop impedance )
其他冇乜機會碰水個啲就得max earth fault loop impedance

收齊啲ISD (individual services drawings)
用唔同色 疊埋佢
睇大喉個d overlapping 搵咗邊個位headroom最低
同佢地講睇下邊個就到位

盡量係啲services行得順眼先
成個Z&M zone用盡而唔係堆哂同一條routing
再睇積師d headroom要求
部份降低部份升高

記得留意FSD obstruction例
影響sprinklers

RCP都係咁上下

mcb earth fault 如果loop impedance 太大trip 唔切咪要靠落rcd 或者轉rcbo 解決

1. Negative pressure幾多reading先啱standard? 用咩filter? Pau同exf之間有咩interlock
2. 咩叫做Isolation power system (IPS)
做緊手術個陣如果件equipment漏電, 個rcb/rcbo會唔會跳掣

陣底同喉同喉之間的確係冇限制的
你想盡貼陣底都得
主要係睇你installation detail 用既吊碼/魚尾碼點裝
同埋樓主所講headroom 要求 / 過牆果時要隔幾多 (主要避牆身鐵)

重有就係要睇埋夠唔夠空間裝 (你畫到兩條喉貼實哂到時裝左第一條喉之後第二條喉連級令都落唔到就唔使玩啦)

因為你張CSD 夾到幾靚都好
過牆 過樓面 過陣
Struct E 唔批就乜都唔使玩

RCP 最主要係睇則師同client 要求
Spr頭 多數係行先架啦 因為有例
跟住就係燈 跟唔跟行氣 同埋業主/則師喜好
(有時有d job 會相反 如果則師強烈要求d 燈要係某d位唔就得其他行頭 就要睇下spr頭就唔就到)
最後先係風咀 sensor 位

至於天花吼開唔岩
其實而家好多equipment (e.g. 燈) catalogue 都有寫明開燈吼size 係幾多, 呢個要各trade 俾資料俾BS CO夾
夾完再俾天花佬開
冇資料就緊係亂開開錯哂

至於CSD 陣籠入面
要經常維修果d 最好係底 (e.g. Fancoil 呢d)
Spr 喉 因為陣籠頂一浸 底一至兩浸
可以穿陣既話盡量穿陣
風喉/梳西/trunking 呢d
有位既就陣底直過 冇位既可能都要起馬套避

夾呢d 真係冇一個絕對標準答案
每幢樓每一層都唔會同 (就算typical floor 都可能層層唔同)
所以真係做一單學一單

sor 自膠
有時Fan coil 唔可以太低
因為要就CDP fall水

仲有渠(WP/ RWP)
可以穿陣既都係穿陣
同埋要計埋如果唔可以穿陣 / 陣底過既時候 去到最尾果點/ pipe duct 位果時 夠唔夠Fall
唔夠就要舉定手 睇下係要求穿陣 定係起"up"/ 包cladding

年檢由機房到井道到樓層都有野要試，你收窄下個範圍先問

Gov你首先用手掹下個fly wheel識唔識動先，年中唔少其實係卡住左
跟住check佢electrical同mechanical tripping speed
至於點試就係攞個電鑽轉郁gov達到tripping speed，你會聽到噠、躂兩聲分別代表electrical 同mechanical tripping。之後對翻個數係咪同gov牌仔止寫的相符
至於咩係tripping speed，就要睇翻機廂overspeed (115% of rated speed)(emsd lift cop design and const.)佢係不同rated speed都有不同公式去計overspeed(較通用係1.25V+0.25/V)
Gov仲要check pulley 同rope

Traction 又係又slip test又brake又ucmp，你收窄下範圍再問

利申唔好做𨋢，人工低，行頭窄，易出事
