海航嗰單擺明被打劫嘅,明知要撲水夾爆佢
恆基買嗰陣海航一開始話原價賣、不過第時收益要佔一部分,恆基就拖到海航頂唔順先再傾(我間行有份幫恆基做financing )。海航賣比恆基嗰兩幅仲要係最靚嗰忽 (最出有海景)。但嗰陣海航比大陸夾到差啲收皮,唔賣根本唔得。
高銀就自己柒嘅,太進取,一下子買好幾忽地,但後面financing 都未搞好,以為銀行見地就批,但佢公司本身leverage好高,得啲細bank肯做(仲要貴息)
唔好話development loan借唔到,甚至翻有bridging loan 都轉唔到long term loan ,咪局住要賣
