你有成三個月b仔所以你可以計annual package再加15-20%咁叫
因為如果你嗌28k但得一個月bonus其實只係加左好少人工

其實就無咩特別野發生，係有啲壓力大
OT就可能兩三個月先得一兩次

因為你22 x12 + 60 除返都有 27k一個月
如果你嗌28k x13 其實只係得30k一個月
12% increment好少
轉得工至少都要15%起跳, ideal當然係20%

我覺得我識既人好似全部都underpay

係it degree定係要咩要求先可以18k
另外有經驗個d salary又點計
