想問下想增肌,做big 3 應該 high rep 定low rep?
我個routine 係bro split, 分 4日:leg, chest, back(including DL), shoulder
Squat 同benchpress 做 5 reps
Deadlift 做 2-3 reps
Accessories 做 8-10 reps
想問下想增肌係咪squat, benchpress轉做 8reps 好d? Deadlift 係咪應該keep 返 2-3reps, 因為high reps 對後背負荷大,主要練協條?
