我停留左係 one leg straight, one leg advanced tuck兩個禮拜
試過half lay唔成功
覺得half lay同FL個skill strength有出入
而我練開DF係由躺平 伸腳離地約15度去啟動
跟住用最幼既阻力帶幫手啟動FL, build up static strength

我依個主要用4個動作練FL, FL raise, tuck lever pull up, FL hold, weighted pull up
下數都係4-6下,hold就12秒
